Providing Empathetic and Thoughtful Postpartum Care in the Greater Seattle Area

Testimonial from a Recent Client:

“Audrey is a marvel. During one of the most trying times in our lives she was considerate, compassionate, punctual, and capable. She was a dependable constant that allowed us to sleep and put ourselves back together. She helped with dishes, bottle cleaning, and our newborn’s needs. I don’t know how we would have made it through the first months without her, and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who finds themselves needing (or even just wanting) an extra pair of hands during their child’s early months.”

About Me

As a postpartum doula and infant feeding educator, I understand that every pregnancy and postpartum journey is unique. I am here to provide the opportunity to heal and connect with your baby during this precious time. I will always show up to support you with compassion and free of judgement.

Helping parents and caregivers find and follow the wisdom they have when it comes to their babies and the needs of their families is a great joy of mine. When desired, I am always available to provide evidenced based information and guidance for the whole family. I was trained as a postpartum doula through the Simkin Center at Bastyr and as an infant feeding educator through Prodoula. I am also a Prodoula Certified Labor and Delivery Doula but I do not do labor work at this time.

I have a strong foundation in infant care and experience in supporting adults through stressful and emotional situations. I bring a gentle and genuine presence that allows my clients the freedom to show up however they need to. I am anti-racist and accepting of all genders and sexualities. I am a Queer woman myself, and have a background in working with LGBTQ families.
